Project Description:
The project consisted of the construction of a new bulk tailings treatment facility (re-mined slurry conditioning/ density regulating, re-mined slurry overland pumping and a raw return water overland pumping system) for the recovery of residual chromite and PGMs from the Eastern Tailings Dam No 1 at approx. 300ktpm.
