General quantity surveying services such as measurements and bills of quantities (BOQ) compilation, procurement, TEAR processes, monthly payment certificates, variation control, cost reporting, final accounts and general contract administration.
Project Description:
Following the successful commissioning of the Khumani Expansion Project in 2012, the WHIMS (Wet High-intensity Magnetic Separation) Project was embarked upon to enable the processing of tailings for the extraction of a saleable product. The WHIMS unit is essentially a magnetic separator that allows the deslimed -0.8mm ore to pass through a primary and secondary stage of WHIMS. The WHIMS plant was completed in May 2013.
